Throw a rock on any corner in Mississippi and chances are, you’ll hit a local bank. They’re omnipresent. Citizens Bank came to us with a request; rename and rebrand so they can expand their markets with a unified identity.
We started with their mission: to make every customer who walks through their doors feel like they are the most important. In other words, so that they feel like they are the number one priority. This identity comes from that mindset, and permeates through all their touchpoints. Within a few months, no one even remembered their former name.
I’m the world’s worst at picking my own stuff to show. But I did manage to pull together a few things. Most are just as they were published, but a few are like “director’s cuts”, with my own improvements. Some things are unpublished, shown just for fun.
