How does a part-time minister of music at a small church recruit members for the church choir? Auditions were not necessary at this fellowship. What they needed were (ahem) “butts in the seats”. If we can just get folks to show up, then he’ll take it from there. So, a little push by way of single mailing to the congregation, and attendance jumped more than 150 percent. Praise the Lord and pass the hymnals!
