A high-quality developer in the Dallas area, David Bagwell came to us to promote exquisitely-crafted homes in well-developed neighborhoods. Master copywriter John Matlock penned some killer copy, and we combined that with great photoimagery, rendered using a line conversion technique called Heliograms (unfortunately that company no longer exists). The result was a consistent campaign that commanded attention in the “sea of sameness” housing market in one of the most competitive markets in the country.
